I don't know about you but loosing weight and getting healthy always seemed like the impossible dream. Unattainable. How did all these people on T.V find the motivation to get up and move. What were they eating (probably carrot sticks and celery, bleh!).
Year after year I found myself watching Biggest Looser from the comfort of my couch while I munched on chips and ice cream, thinking to myself, "Man, I should really audition for this show." (I know I'm not the only one). I was comfortable with where I was-too comfortable. That had lead to years of bad eating habits, bad habits in general, and I was on the track to an unhealthy life. I'm sure that diabetes, high cholesterol, achy joints and hospital bills were in my future. I was scared to make a change, because change required hard work and dedication.
I was at risk of loosing the ability to do the things I loved outdoors.
Let me introduce you to Becca, circa 2013:

So, how did I do it? I have had so many people ask me if I've kept a blog while on my journey, documenting what I'm doing and how I've managed to make these changes. I started thinking, "why haven't I?" I have a story that I want to tell, and I truly hope it can motivate and inspire others to make changes within themselves.
So here it is, this is me, raw and real. I am still on a journey but I have come a LONG way. And honestly, in 2013, if you had told me that I'd be sitting here writing a blog about my weight-loss, clean eating, triathlon and Crossfit training I would have told you to;
"Shut the front door!"
So how did I do it, what am I doing? Head over to my weight-loss page for my story http://beccaswain.blogspot.com/p/sdfg.html. Because trust me it's a helluva story and I want to share it with you. Then you can hit up my fitness page http://beccaswain.blogspot.com/p/fitness.html to see how I got my body moving and what I do for training.
